An external consultancy has been engaged to prepare a formal economic feasibility study for this component, covering technical, operational and financial analysis. The study itself is being prepared and has not yet been completed.

Study Scope

The proposed study scope covers: technical and operational analysis, identification of potential revenue sources (without specific figures), and standard financial-analysis methodologies (income statement, cash flow, break-even point, NPV, IRR, payback period), alongside an analysis of operational, market, financial and environmental risks and mitigation strategies. This page does not include any investment, cost or return figures, and such figures will only be published once the study is completed, reviewed and formally approved by project management.
