Hydroponic Barley Sprouting Station

The station converts dry barley grain over a 7-day growth cycle into fresh, highly nutritious, easily digestible green fodder, supplied to the herd daily independent of seasonal fluctuations. The process includes: automated storage and withdrawal, washing and disinfection, 12-hour soaking, draining, tray filling, distribution across sprouting rooms, and harvesting.
